Frequently Asked Questions

Truthfully, it depends. Healing isn't one-size-fits-all, and the number of visits you'll need comes down to what we find during your initial assessment and how your body responds to treatment. Some patients wrap up in just a few visits. Others benefit from a longer plan. Either way, we'll give you our best estimate at your very first appointment so you're never left guessing.
To help make care more accessible, we offer discounted session packages in bundles of 8, 12, or 16 visits. That said, packages are completely optional. You're always welcome to schedule one appointment at a time with no obligation.
One thing we hear from patients about the packages, though? Beyond the cost savings, they say the biggest win was the accountability. Having a plan in place helped them actually follow through and reach the goals they came in with.

Not exactly. We use our signature RRR Method as the foundation for every patient's care. Release, Reload, Return. Think of it like a recipe where each phase has to happen in the right order. Because you lay the foundation before you start decorating the house, right?
But what that looks like for you? That's where it gets individualized. The exercises and techniques inside each phase are based entirely on what your therapist finds during your evaluation. Two patients can be in the same phase and doing completely different work because their bodies need completely different things.
Our goal is to build a solid foundation first, then layer on top of that depending on where you want to go. Your final phase is shaped around your personal goals, whether that's getting back to the gym, keeping up with your kids, or just feeling like yourself again.

A few things, actually.
Every patient gets 1:1 care with their therapist in their own private treatment room. No shared spaces, no shared time. Just you and your provider, focused entirely on you.
We're also hands-on. Manual therapy is a big part of how we help you reduce pain and get back to the things you love. Our typical manual therapy includes:
Myofascial release
Dry needling
Cupping
Tool-assisted therapy
Internal pelvic floor muscle trigger point release
Scar tissue release
But what really sets us apart is how we think about your problem. We don't assume the root cause of your pelvic floor issue is only in your pelvic floor. That's why every patient gets a detailed full body evaluation and a lifestyle assessment. We want to look at you as a whole person, because the answer isn't always just "your pelvic floor is weak or tight." We want to know WHY it isn't working the way it should. And more often than not, that answer lives somewhere outside of the pelvic floor itself.
We're also fitness forward, which means we treat you like the athlete you are, even if you've never called yourself one. Bridges and bird dogs have their place early on, but real life asks more of your body than that. So the final phase of our RRR Method loads you up the way athletes actually rehab. We build you back to running, lifting, chasing your kids, whatever your version of strong looks like, so the results actually hold.
We have a full gym space with weightlifting equipment on site. It's not something you see often in a PT clinic, and that's kind of the point.
