What we offer
-
We take a whole body approach to your pelvic health. It’s the secret to our results. We do a movement assessment, hip, spine, abdominal and both internal and external pelvic floor muscle assessment. What that means for you is finding your own unique root cause. Our evaluations and treatments are 55 minutes with your pelvic floor physical therapist.
-
Our skilled therapists are trained in both VAGINAL and RECTAL internal pelvic floor muscle evaluation and treatments.
-
Looking for dry needling? Our therapists are skillfully trained to help you with the rapid relief you’ve been looking for.
-
We use cupping in the clinic as a way to improve scar tissue, decrease tender areas and improve the mobility of the tissue in the clinic. The best part? We teach you how to do it yourself at home for your own problem areas.
-
We offer birth prep services that include: Assessing hip mobility (important for birth), labor prep stretches. labor positions, pain relief techniques, perineal stretching protocols and the most prized service: how to correctly push.
-
We have different types of biofeedback including rectal balloon-biofeedback for bowel conditions and dyssynergic defecation.
-
Our therapists were all trained in orthopedic physical therapy as well which means we often see hip pain, back pain, sciatica, foot issues. The amazing thing? We address them all because it impacts your pelvic floor’s function.
